How do I make the chatbot personalise the conversation by using the information given by the customer, for e.g. use the name in the conversation?

The Querlo chatbots can be designed to use the information provided to make the customer feel important. When designing the question, use the option of variable name to name the variable that is being asked in the question. You can assign the user's answer to a variable. To make Querlo repeat the user's answer, just type {variable name} within the text in any node following this question. For instance, the question is ‘May I have your good name, please?’. In the question, name the variable as ‘Customer’. When needed to use the name provided, you need to write {customer} for the next set of questions and the chatbot will use the name provided by the customer.
